Ours is a religion of experiencing the Life of Christ within ourselves and of allowing that Life to take over our own lives. God does not call us to be His persons, but a people, serving Him in unity.

The first meetinghouse was built in that year. The current meetinghouse was built in 1839 following a major migration of Quakers into the area.
